    Grant/Gift Transfer:

    Required Documents:

    1. Original title deed.
    1. No objection certificate (NOC) from developer.
    1. Evaluation certificate issued from Land Department.
    1. birth certificate (for gifting to children).
    1. Marriage certificate (for gifting to wife or husband).
    1. Letter from Dubai court (still in relationship husband/wife).
    1. Original passport, Visa, EID.

    Land Department Fees:

    • 0.125% from the evaluation (It should be not less than 2,000 AED) + (560 AED If Apt. Villa) or (410 AED If Land).

    Registration Trustee Fees:

    • 4,000 AED + 200 AED (5% VAT) if the price of the property is equal or more than 2 Million AED.
    • 2,000 AED + 100 AED (5% VAT) if the price of the property is less than 2 Million AED.

    LLC Company

    • Birth certificate (for gifting to children).

    • Copy of Trade license with valid full set of the parties.
    • Board of Resolution/Power of attorney (Documents Required).
    • Company Stamp.
    • Original passport, Visa, Emirates ID.

     

    Land Department Fees:

     

    • 0.125% from the evaluation value (it should be not less than 2,000 AED) + 560 AED (If Apartment, Villa) or +410 AED (If Land) (Manager chq).

     

    Registration Trustee Fees:

     

    • 4,000 AED + 200 AED (5% VAT) if the price of the property is equal or more than 2 Million AED.
    • 2,000 AED + 100 AED (5% VAT) if the price of the property is less than 2 Million AED.

     

    NOTE: Marriage or birth certificate must be attested in Ministry of Foreign Affairs Home Country, UAE Embassy Home Country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai + Arabic legal translation.

    Free Zone (Dubai)

    Gift/Donation.

    Required Documents:

    1. No objection certificate (NOC) from a Free Zone.
    1. No objection certificate (NOC) from Dubai Land Department.
    1. Evaluation Certificate from Dubai Land Department.

    1. Marriage certificate (for gifting to wife or husband) (Attestation + Arabic legal translation).
    1. Letter from Dubai court (still in relationship husband/wife).
    1. Certificate of Good Standing.
    1. Certificate of Incorporation.
    1. Certificate of Incumbency.
    1. Memorandum of Association. (Arabic legal translation).
    1. Shareholder Resolution. (Arabic legal translation).
    1. Company Stamp.
